This operation represents the culmination of a process that began in 2018, when Nuova Butos was founded as a worker buyout of a subsidiary of SFIR. Under the leadership of its president, Rares Boscherini, the cooperative currently employs about 25 workers and is a leading supplier of custom food packaging for the Ho.Re.Ca. sector (bars, restaurants, hotels), coffee roasters, and private labels.
