Since they approved under Costa a cooperative law dictated by the ICA, eliminating worker cooperatives, and the discourse of the "Social Economy" was imposed as an alternative to the centrality of associated work, the perspective was inevitable and we denounced it. Portugal needs its own maximalist cooperative movement.
