A new FEDEA study confirms that:
«After the reform, new ordinary permanent contracts lasted less. On average, the duration of these contracts fell by around 100 days, with a more pronounced decline in provinces that previously had higher temporary employment rates. This result suggests that part of the jobs that would previously have been formalized through temporary contracts came to be channeled through permanent contracts, but without the underlying rotation completely disappearing. The reform clearly changed the contractual form of entry into employment, but only partially the effective stability of those labor relations».
