The vehicle cleaning and preparation company Autoclenz has come into the ownership of its employees and has established an employee ownership trust (EOT).

The Swadlincote-based company has transferred control of the business to its workforce, comprising more than 140 employees. The trust is known as the Autoclenz EOT.
